The Brit Rock film tour is the first home grown adventure tour to emerge from the vibrant UK film making industry. Brit Rock comes right from the heart of the UK adventure scene, with liberal splashes of the inimitable British spirit. The screening will be introduced by director Alastair Lee and he will be on hand for a short Q & A session. Adding to the program are thought provoking and comedy shorts, from the likes of the leftfield author Niall Grimes and funny man Dave Halsted.

This isn't advertised on the Tyneside cinema website, but if you go into the 'buy tickets' tab on their homepage and put in 16 Oct it'll come up for getting tickets.

Mike, seems like a few people are interested, would u be able to post up your seat number when u book, then we can all book seats next to you, lots of seats available at the moment (unless u want to sit on your own!?).

I haven't booked a ticket yet, just had a quick shufties this morning to see what's what. Fi is gonna come along too so i've asked her kindly to nip over and get them when she's up at college next week, which she'll do. If anyone else wants one at the same time get your money to me at next weeks climbing or give me your best boy scouts oath that you'll pay up asap and she can get them in a bulk buy after Tue.

Will be in the Tyneside bar, which is attached to the cinema, for drinks and food from 7pm on. It does veggie and non veggie

The fims start at 8.35pm, so if you can't make it for food just turn up shortly before then! I have the tickets for those who gave me the dosh.
