A Night at the Theatre

Post by PeteBayly »

This is possibly a little far afield for most people but I thought I'd plug it anyway.

As most of the climbers are already aware I'm involved in Amateur Dramatics over in Hexham so i'm promoting the next play I'm in.

What the Butler Saw by Joe Orton is a very funny farce set in a mental institution that I happen to be starring in.

It's on at the Queen's Hall theatre in Hexham on Saturday the 7th of July for 1 night only.

Tickets are £7 and available on the door (curtain up at 7:30pm)

Admittedly I'm blowing my own horn here but this show is hysterical (in every sense of the word), it still has the cast in stitches and we know all the jokes already.

As its on in Hexham there is obviously easy access to plenty of places to climb, walk and bike for those who want to make a day of it.
