Hi There,
I am writing in regards to the Keswick Mountain Festival from 19th – 23rd May. The 5 day festival offers visitors a wonderful selection of activities to experience. Local activity providers offer visitors many types of activities from walking to ghyll scrambling, mountain biking to kayaking. The heart of the festival comes to life on the Adventure Base, idyllically located next to Derwentwater, Keswick. Visitors come to the Adventure base to visit stands, get involved in activities, pick up advice and tips as well as watch demonstrations.
A large part of the festival is our theatre programme where Sir Ranulph Fiennes is headlining along with a number of ther celebrities such as Andy Cave, Andy Kirkpatrick, Leo Holding and Joss Naylor. We also host a Bike Evening which incorporates films and lectures about biking adventures and tales.
The Festival offers a great weekend for outdoor enthusiasts and wondered if this could be added on to a newsletter or included on an event listing?
