The excellent start to the season continues and a couple of inches of fresh powder has improved conditions further and a good days skiing was reported today with about 25 people there. 2 members have worked hard to fix the Pistebasher today and hopefully that will be working tomorrow and hopefully the Skidoo will be back working soon. F1 tow has run well today but there has been a fault with the electrics on F2 which caused some stoppages today (nothing compared to the Eurotunnel!!) and will hopefully be fixed and working tomorrow.
We are planning to open on Wednesday from about 10am but at the moment not sure about Christmas Eve - I rather suspect there may be a rebellion from families of the tow operators + volunteers so close to Christmas but we will see. Hopefully the snow will last until the weekend when we should be operating but I will keep you posted.
