Hydration bladders

I went to an outdoor store on saturday to get a new hydration bladder and recived an excellent piece of advice from the sales assistant on how to stop the going all mingin inside, when you finish using it, empty it out and store it in your freezer! mine is in there now :D

I recently stopped using mine in winter due to it freezing up. I tried using and electrolyte drink in it at the last weekend hoping the extra minerals might help. But it failed lol, So its back to keep blowing the liquid back into the bag or for me, water bottles in my bag. (winter only)
