Meal at Open House - 06.11.08

Hello
I have managed to book another evening at the Open House for Thursday 6th November 2008.
The cost is £28.00 per head and we need a minimum of 8 people to secure the booking and can have up to 12 people if we wish.
Menu:
To begin:
Barnstable Fair poached pears with walnuts and stilton (V).
Poor mans goose, home made savory duck.
Smoked salmon mouse.
Sausage and spinach flan.
Charred baby vegatables with sage butter(V).
For all: London particular - a soup perfectly designed to keep out the chill on a misty autumn evening.
To follow:
Welsh chicken and leek pie.
Hebredian baked crab in the shell.
Shenanigans irish stew.
The duke of wellington beef wrapped in pate and puff pastry.
Baked beetroot with soured cream on garlic and juniper infused cabbage(V).
To conclude:
Hedgrow spiced blackberry crumble.
Lydia's baked apple with marzipan and cinnamon.
Mrs Algeas st clements cake with pouring cream.
Tudhoe rhubarb and vanilla cheesecake.
Laurens Mae's chocolate and mint deliciousness.
For all - a selection of english and continental cheeses served with fresh fruit and biscuits.
A bottom less coffee pot and after dinner chocolates.
If you are interested in this evening I will need your menu choice and full payment.
