Durham University Maiden Castle 24-hr relay

<<<MC24 Relay. This will be a 24 hour long relay taking place on Maiden Castle Track on the 20th- 21st June, from noon-noon.

We need as many people as possible to sign up to keep the baton going! Runners can sign up for a one hour slot (or several), and complete as many or as few laps of 400m as they want. Runners can sign up individually or as a group for as many hour-long slots as they like. Don't worry - if you sign up as an individual, you won't be running for the whole hour by yourself! You will be put into a team for that hour.>>>

...I've double-booked myself that weekend, but can put you in touch with some friends who are running if you want to join a team. Their pace would be on the quick side (~7.30min/mile, for the full hour) but I'm sure they could shuffle the groups around. Let me know! James
