This sounds lovely! where do you start from and what time? also could I do it on a bog standared no frills bike!?

No frills bike fine as pavement all the way. Playing tennis with Jo first at 6.30 so will leave fram around 7.30. Might be a bit later. Will look out for people as I come past the tap and spile. Church mouse is 2 miles towards Chester le street and does real ales as well as good grub!
