I'm in!!
Not sure it's exactly the best preparation for the GNR the weekend after but at least i should be a bit fitter by then!!

Wow! I am impressed! This shall be one I will not be partaking in. A guy I teach got knocked out by an electric shock to the head last year. Not sure how you would train for that but Happy Training!!!

Ah well, we've actually decided this summer is already looking far to busy so we're saving our pennies and will be recruiting a team for one next year instead!!!
