I am planning to do a walk on the North York Moors starting and finishing at the Clay Bank Car Park (past Great Broughton). Grid ref for car park is 572036. Its the car park we use to go to Wainstones.

The walk is approx 15km and should take 5 hrs 30 mins to complete. The route takes in Wainstones, Cold Moor, Town Green, Urra Moor and Round Hill.

Aim to start the walk at 10.30am.

I will be bringing Tor the dog with me.

It wasn't us that were air lifted from the Cleveland Way today!! Helicopter landed in car park.
