Hi everyone,
After the success of last years BBQ up at Weardale Off Road Centre i've decided to organise another one!! The proposed date is Friday the 18th May, (weather permitting!) A similar set up to last year, it'll be £10 per person to cover fuel and wear and tear costs. The buggies and quads will be out and whatever else i can persuade ed to organise!! I'll put my thinking cap on for some new games to play and races to win!!

We'll be firing the barbie up from 6.30 onwards, bring some booze and a little bit of food, again, some food (bread, burgers, salad etc) will be included in the £10. Everyone is welcome to camp in the field.

This year's fancy dress theme is charvers, so don your favourite tracksuit, earrings and baseball cap and i'll see you all there!!

(could you let me know if your interested in coming, and whether or not you want to camp so that i have a rough idea of numbers)

Gutted i can't make that date,
Riding quads as a charver sounds way cool.

I think i'll give in to pressure and bring my kids as well! However will probably leave the dog behind for the sake of everyone's peace of mind.

I can you put me (and the dogs) down for camping please.

I'm new to the club (Well I will be when I work out how to join!) and would love to meet you all/come to this, if possible! I am transport dependent from Durham but have tent and will camp, or just for the day if that is more convenient for whichever lovely person offers me a lift!!

I can offer you a lift if you like dogs. I have a border collie. Where do you live in Durham? I'm at Framwellgate Moor. Penny

I live on one of the roads off the first turning after the co-op in Newton Hall.
