Ski Trip 2013

I’ve been looking into next years Ski trip and come up with the following.
Departure Date = Jan 26th 2013.
Resort = Kitsbuhel
Hotel = Chalet Karlberger (chatered chalet HB, staff get 1 night off )
Tour Operator = Thomson /Crystal
The chalet has a good mix of twin, double and triple rooms and even a single. It also has a quad room next to the chalet to take 4 people together (or a family).
Price for accommodation and flight are around £590 – £600 per person but this could change for those bringing kids with them. You will have to add about £200 for the adult area lift pass plus £40 - £50 on flight suppliments. Those bringing children (2 – 11yrs) will pay more than the figure quoted above

I need to know who is interested and a commitment to pay me the £130 deposit by April 16th 2012.
I will need -
Full names of all travellers as they appear on passport,
Date of birth.
Do you want an in flight meal
Dietary requirements (Veggie or not)
Will you be taking extra baggage allowance (a cot for example). Default limit is 20kg each.
Do you want to book ski equipment (pleae specify)
Do you want ski lessons
Flight times from Newcastle are 07:00am . If you want to fly from another airport let me know as we may have to arrange the booking separately.
Answers and deposit by April 13th (sooner if possible).
