Sam and I haven't drafted a plan for this year's social events yet. We'd like to get DMS members ideas on what they would like as social events.

Please add your ideas onto this post. We still have to complete Badger's Pub Orienteering and Steve's suggestion of a Comedy night at the Stand in Newcastle. So please let us know your views on what you think would be a good DMS night out.

Penny has arranged a cycle/drink/meal at the Church Mouse on the 18th January.

There is also the Banff Film Festival on the 3rd February in Whitley Bay.

I'd have a cheese and wine night or BBQ night at mine....... we could all camp in fields after so Spring/Summertime would be an idea

Buy stuff, divide by numbers and charge an amount per head...... or for cheese and wine everyone gets a country and supplies cheese and wine for that country or if BBQ people just bring there own food and drink.... I have 2 large BBQs to cook on
