Hi Wendy & Sam,
just thought I'd mention that the new comedy club 'The Stand' opens on High Bridge in Newcastle tomorrow night.
Perhaps a venue for a future social?

I think that the comedy club is located near the Bacchus Pub, which has some excellent real ales.
If we get this up and running this could be a good night.
