I'm going to the Barrowburn bunk house but am very happy to meet up with anyone for a day walk from Alwinton...10ish start. The plan would depend on weather, but probably Linbrigg gorge and of course a coffe shop!!
Let me know if you are coming so I know to come and meet you. Pace will be fairly gentle especially downhill as knee still not fully recovered.
