Weardale walk Sunday 24th

I am going to try another of these Durham walks around Stanhope or wolsingham on Sunday. Doing one of the shorter ones with an 11 start if anyone would like to join me.

So far nobody coming but weather not horrendous. I am going to walk up to Tunstall reservoir from Demesne car park....about 7 miles. Should take about 4 hours with breaks.

Shame no one could get out for a walk today as it was lovely at Wolsingham. A friend joined me for a 7 mile round of Tunstall valley and Tunstall reservoir amidst lambs, blossom, primroses and violets as well as a small herd of 6 roe deer. Will keep posting weekend walks in the hopes some people fancy them one day!
