Rat Race - Gateshead

As promised at the AGM, here's the link for the Rat Race in Gateshead 29-30th Aug:

It's a good entry level race and a bit of fun!!! It's run, bike, abseil, canoe, etc - nothing too hard. It is for novices, so you only need to be able to run/walk, get on a bike, they tie knots and do the safety stuff for the abseil and as long as you can canoe in a straigh line (no rapids). We'll be giving it a go, anyone else fancy it? If you do just enter on-line. See you there!!!
