Hi,
I own a house in the mountains in Bulgaria. It is in the ski resort of Pamporovo, it is quite basic but is in good condition. I am currently renting to Bulgarians, however, if you have anyone interested in living there to run tours it can be made available. It is good for mountain biking, walking, skiing and rock climbing. Being as it is only 30 metres from a lake it is also good for fishing.
