Hi Jack all I can say is you will be more than welcome to come to the pub night. Most of our members turned up randomly and joined so we must have done something right. Just look for Les when you go in as he is the membership sec and will tell you how the club works and give you an application form if you want to join.
Going to these pub nights is a good way of getting to know other members and also for finding out what is happening in the next few weeks. Just turn up from 8pm onwards and look forward to seeing you.

I've just moved (back) to Durham and don't know many people here (or, those I do know don't tend to want to do running/jumping/climbing trees type things) - your club looks friendly & I'd like to play !

I snowboard, just been to Cham & am hoping to get up somewhere in the UK this year to see what that's like. Other than that I'm doing the intro at Durham wall this week, and plan to brave the balmy shores (ahaha) of Tynemouth/Saltburn to have a go at surfing. But I was browsing the forum and pretty much everything soundsfun, so who knows!

If I can, I'd like to come along to the pub meet on Tues - would that be alright? I didn't want to just turn up randomly!
