Hi Paul

I hope to be organising some walks in the next couple of months.

Will put them on forum, please feel free to join in.

Paul,

Best thing to do is keep an eye on the forum under day activities / walking and scrambling sections. If you choose to join, you will be able to post on the threads, but you can PM people even if your not.

Also if you are member you can start your own threads and invite members along on you planned activities / plan your own walks etc.

Hi,

We don;t generally get out walking locally too much, though we do time to time.

The main activities of the club are:

Thursdays - Climbing (indoor in winter, outdoors in Summer - often near Middlesbrough)
Thursday - Mountain Biking - Usually around Durham Area or Hamsterley Forest
Saturday Morning - Durham Area
Each Month - Weekend away - tends to be lakes / scotalnd / wales - people always share lifts to minimize costs.

Though do keep an eye on the forum as there may be some local walks from time to time - we usually let people come a few times before asking for membership :)

Hope this helps,

Badger
